Gianluca Rescia

Born in Milan in 1965, he graduated in 1991 with a degree in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic. During the years as Assistant to the course of Architectural Design, at the Polytechnic, he carried out his apprenticeship in various professional studios, until he met in 1994 the architect Riccardo Rocchi with whom he began to collaborate taking care of the technical design and construction supervision of different projects. Over the years as a collaborator Gianluca can boast countless experiences as an external consultant: Nokia Italy, L’Oreal Paris and the Museum of Cultural Heritage Capuchins. He specialised mainly in renovations dealing with residential and commercial design. After specializing in shipbuilding management, he devoted himself, among other things, to the supervision as an external collaborator of two projects of Social Housing for the company Investire SGR Spa, the first called Abitagiovani, which provides for the renovation of 203 apartments ex Patrimonio Aler and the second called Fondo Ca’ Granda, concerning the renovation of about 440 apartments from the heritage of the Policlinico di Milano.
